Resetting your password

Have you forgotten your password, has it expired, or are you having other login issues? Read more about the possible solutions here.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your EK-login password, you can reset it via SMS if you have previously registered your phone number at ums.ek.dk. 

  1.  Send an SMS to 93 70 44 97 with the text: kodeord
  2. You will receive an SMS with a new password for your EK-login.

Note: It may take up to 30 minutes before you can log in with the new password.

If you haven't registered your number at ums.ek.dk, you must contact the Service Desk to get a new password. Call the Service Desk at +45 36 15 45 20.

Expired Passwords or Other Login Issues

Your password expires every 180 days (you will receive an email notification one month before it expires).

  • If your password has expired: Contact the Service Desk at +45 36 15 45 20.
  • Other login problems: Contact the Service Desk at the same number.
  • In-person assistance: You can also visit the Frontdesk if you have password issues.
