  • IT Guides: Find IT instructions at serviceportal.ek.dk 
  • Support Tickets: Create a support case on our service portal. You can also create a case by emailing servicedesk@ek.dk 
  • Phone: You can contact the Service Desk by calling 36 15 45 20

Phone Opening Hours: 

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM 
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
