Access to EK

As a student at EK, you need to use your student card to access some campus buildings. In other places, you must use an app if you wish to gain access outside normal opening hours.

You can find the current opening hours for your campus under 'Opening Hours' in the A-Z list. 
If you need access to a different address, or if there is an error with your student card, you must contact the Study Administration. 

If you have access to your campus area outside opening hours via the JustIn Mobile app and experience issues with access, please contact Service and Facilities at se@ek.dk. 

General important rules for EK

  • It is not permitted to host parties or stay overnight at EK. 
  • When you leave the building, you must close windows and doors and tidy up after yourself. 
  • When using the app, you are the registered user, and therefore responsible for complying with the applicable rules. 

Access to former KEA locations (EK Guldbergsgade)

At former KEA locations, you must use the student card you receive at the start of your programme to enter and move around the buildings. 

The student card can be used during opening hours, and you can always find updated hours in the A-Z list. 

Access to former Cphbusiness locations (EK Nansensgade)

At former Cphbusiness locations, you must use the JustIn Mobile app to enter the school outside the regular opening hours. 

How to get access via the JustIn Mobile app: 

Send an email from your EK email account to se@ek.dk. In the email, include:  

  • The location where you study 
  • Your phone number 

This access allows you to study or work on group projects outside normal opening hours.
