Missing an email about your exam submission?
If you can’t find an email about exam submission, it might be because Focused Inbox is turned on in Outlook.
If you’re missing an email you expected to receive about your exam submission, it could be due to the settings in Outlook on your phone or computer.
When Focused Inbox is enabled, emails about things like submissions in Wiseflow might end up in the Other tab, which means you could easily overlook them.
