Transcript of Records

The International coordinators will prepare all exchange students transcript of records after the grades have been registered. Please note that this process may take up to six weeks after the end of the examination period.

Once available, the Transcript of Records will be sent directly to you by email. Your International Coordinator at your home institution will be copied on the email to ensure that your results are received by your university.

We understand that many students need their transcripts for credit transfer or other administrative purposes at your home university. Please be assured that all transcripts are processed as quickly as possible and will be issued as soon as they have been completed.

If more than six weeks have passed since the end of the examination period and you have not yet received your transcript, please contact EK's International coordinators at incoming@ek.dk. 

If you need your grades before the official Transcript of Records is issued, you can try to download a transcript from  the self-service portal at ums.ek.dk. 

Please note that only the Transcript of Records issued by the International coordinators includes an EK stamp, signature, and information about the Danish grading scale.
