Student counselling
EK's student counselling office (Studievejledning) can provide support and guidance if you encounter challenges during your studies.
Challenges may, for example, relate to choosing a degree programme, uncertainty about your studies, your study progression, study skills, career planning, group work, student wellbeing, or personal circumstances that may affect your academic journey.
EK's student counsellors are bound by confidentiality.
How to contact a student counsellor
Phone
You can call us on +45 36 15 45 15 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9.00 am and 11.00 am.

Please note that the Student Counsellors take turns answering calls, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to speak to a specific counsellor on the same day.

We aim to respond within two working days.
