The Service Portal is the gateway to the IT Service Desk and several other services at EK. You must log in using your EK-login.
On the Service Portal, you can:
- Find information regarding IT-related topics
- Create support tickets for the Service Desk
- View the status of your existing Service Desk tickets
- Reserve equipment in various labs
