At EK’s it’s central that you learn to cooperate with your fellow students.  

After completing your studies, you may find yourself engaging in team and project work, collaborating with other professional groups, different nationalities, as well as various clients and partners. You must, therefore, learn to bring your professional expertise into play in relation to others. For this reason, much of the program is conducted through project and group work, and many exams are group project exams that cannot be completed alone. You should ideally have a desire to and must in any case be prepared to prioritize this during your studies. 

Through group work you will learn to work with personal leadership, where you will structure your time and tasks, and you learn to develop your social competencies.  

You must be able to complete the program under ordinary conditions within the established framework of the studies, including the requirements for group work.
